The equipment is an automated production line designed for the production of BTTZ fireproof cable, which absorbs the successful experience of foreign equipment, and combines the progress of modern technology and our company's many years of experience in the development of argon arc welded pipe equipment, which can meet the production needs of BTTZ fireproof cable with large length.
The whole production line is controlled by computer and PLC, and is displayed and operated by touch screen; Dozens of motors on the entire production line are controlled by servo motors; The electric control cabinet adopts Rittal cabinet, and the main components in the cabinet are imported parts or domestic joint ventures of international famous brands; The main welding machine adopts the American Lincoln welding machine.
The equipment is continuously and automatically completed on the assembly line from copper strip, copper wire, copper strip cleaning to forming welded pipes, filling magnesium oxide powder, and then to multi-channel rolling (diameter reduction), induction heating, finished product sizing, automatic loop take-up, etc.
The equipment not only designs a set of active forming wheels and positioning devices with high processing accuracy, good positioning and good wear resistance in the copper strip forming, so that the forming is stable and the seam is reliable, but also uses weld monitoring and tracking, tungsten extremely high and low control, so that the welding is more reliable and the operation of workers is simpler.
The equipment adopts modern induction heating technology, especially the device dedicated to copper induction heat transmission, which makes it small in size, high in efficiency, saves energy and reduces production costs.
The equipment is equipped with argon arc welding copper strip splicing machine and double-disc tape release device, which can meet the needs of continuous production, and can produce fireproof cables of any length by using copper rod splicing machine.
The main technical parameters of the equipment
1. Outer diameter of copper welded pipe: Φ42mm
The allowable thickness of copper strip is 0.85~2.0mmi
BANDWIDTH B = (D-8)·Π
Among them: D is the outer diameter of the welded pipe, and 8 is the thickness of the belt.
2. Theouter diameter range of the finished cable: Φ6~Φ30mm.
(BTTZ750V1*1.52 to 1*4002; 4*12 to 4*252)、(BTTZ750V1*1.52to1*4002; 4*12 to 4*252).
One production line completes the production of all BTTZ cable specifications, and it only takes 5 minutes to change the cable specification mold.
3. DC argon arc welding and high-frequency arc striking are adopted

5. Segmented induction heating is used to soften copper tubes, inner wires and sintered magnesium oxide. The induction power supply adopts two groups of high-efficiency power supplies dedicated to copper, each group is 100KVA, a total of three groups.
6. It has a magnesium oxide powder storage hopper and a powder filling device; At the same time, it has an accurate introduction core device and a micro-vibration tamping magnesium oxide powder device.
7. It is equipped with 5 copper rod pay-off frames, disc pay-off and corresponding copper rod introduction devices.
8. Wheel-type rolling is adopted, which is divided into front area rolling, middle area rolling and finished product rolling, all of which have independent motor drives.
9. The take-up adopts the loop take-up.
10. The welding speed is 1~3m/min, and the finished product line speed is 3m/min to 15m/min.
11. The installed capacity of the equipment is about 1000KVA, and the normal use does not exceed 200KVA.
12. The water consumption of the equipment is about 8th, and a storage tank can be built to circulate water supply.
13. Argon is about 10.2M3/h, and a bottle of gas can be produced continuously for 24 hours. (Purity 99.99%)
14. The height of the equipment is about 15m, the length is about 70m, and the width is about 6m.
